Ms. Findlen has more than 20 years of experience in global drug development. Before joining Syndax, she was Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Compliance at CombinatoRx, Inc., where she was responsible for the implementation and conduct of clinical trials, as well as compliance for all of Clinical Development, including continuous review of process and standard operating procedures.She has proven expertise in developing clinical programs, from the initiation of Phase 1 studies through the filing of new drug and biologics license applications. She has held management positions in emerging biotechnology companies, the contract research organization industry, and the preclinical development of pharmaceuticals. Ms. Findlen has extensive experience in the monitoring and management of clinical trials in private, academic, military, and Veterans Affairs settings.Ms. Findlen holds a BS in Biology and Medical Technology from Framingham State College, and a Certificate in Management from Stonehill College.
