Kathleen G. Murray, is the past President and Chief Executive Officer of Northwestern Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit affiliate of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare ("Northwestern"), an academic medical center, since February 2002. Prior to February 2002, Ms. Murray was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Northwestern. Ms. Murray joined Northwestern in 1998 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 1988. Ms. Murray also was Chair of the Governing Council for Metropolitan Hospitals of the American Hospital from January 1998 to December 1998 and Board member of the Illinois Hospital Association from 1995 through 2003, serves as Chair in 2002. She currently serves on the Board of the Economic Club of Chicago and has been Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee of the Board since 2000. She also serves on the Board of the Joffrey Ballet, the Chicago Network and The Health Alliance. |
