Katie Love has 20 years experience in outpatient rehabilitation operations. As Clinicient’s Director of Billing Services, she leads a staff that processes thousands of rehabilitation claims every month. Kathie has been part of the Clinicient team since April, 2000. Prior to her work with Clinicient, she worked as the Director of Billing for a CORF in Abingdon, VA where she developed reimbursement policies and procedures. She also worked for 9 years in Boone, North Carolina, in the Operations Department for an outpatient rehabilitation company with locations in eighteen states. Her role was to provide direction to the regional offices on billing and reimbursement processes and procedures, as well as supervision of all medical documentation processed in the corporate office. Additionally, Kathie was the Administrator of 2 CORFS in Virginia. |
