Katherine R. S. Wynn is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Kathy assists clients in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, product licensing, joint ventures, public and private securities transactions, securities compliance matters, commercial transactions and counseling under the Pennsylvania and Delaware laws governing corporations and other entity forms.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Kathy worked at newspapers and magazines for thirteen years. Following law school, Kathy served as a law clerk to the Hon. John R. Padova of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Kathy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. |
