Katherine D. Fones is a member of the litigation department whose practice focuses on family law and general civil litigation. Ms. Fones’ family law practice includes divorce, custody, child support and alimony disputes, as well as state and international guardianship and adoption cases, second parent adoptions and the drafting of premarital and post marital contracts. She also represents parents and children in both state and international family and child law cases. For approximately three years while attending evening law school, she served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John O. Hennegan of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Ms. Fones also served as the Campaign Treasurer for the 2002-2003 Sitting Judges' Campaign for Baltimore County Circuit Court Judges Alexander Wright, Jr. and Kathleen G. Cox.
