Kathy joined Lake Shore Savings in 1986. She has earned the American Institute of Banking certificate in Accelerated Banking and has attended many seminars and classes relating to management, lending and customer service throughout her career including membership in the Chautauqua Leadership Network. In 2003, she was named to the Western New York Women of Influence list. Kathy is a 2006 graduate of the National School of Banking. Her work experience includes such areas as lending, deposits, collections and customer service as well as management and administration. Kathy has been instrumental in the development of several new programs for the Association and also has achieved outstanding regulatory ratings for her efforts with the Lake Shore Savings Community Reinvestment program. |
