Kate Lamburn is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. Kate is in the Corporate Department, specialising in Securitisation and Structured Finance.
Kate joined McDermott from Ashurst where prior to being Director of Professional Development (International Finance) she was a partner in the Securities and Structured Finance Group. She was previously a partner at the London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
