Mr. Hagstrom is the Director of Special Projects for Michael Stapleton Associates located in lower Manhattan. He served a twenty year career with the New York City Police Department, retiring in early 2002 in the rank of Sergeant. For the past two years he has been tasked with researching and developing a systems approach to deploying Chemical Warfare Agent, Toxic Industrial Chemical and Biological Threat Agent sensor technologies into the challenging environment of the commercial real estate space. The R&D phase of the overall project has concluded and initial deployments into commercial buildings here in Manhattan have commenced. His unique approach to systems development has brought an exclusive, transparent and cost effective monitoring/networking capability to a previously unprotected critical infrastructure sector. Mr. Hagstrom is certified as a Physical Security Professional (PSP) by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). |
