In addition to his experience in the mortgage industry since 1985, he holds an MBA in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from DePaul University. Karl is skilled in lending on all types of residential properties on the North Shore and Chicago, including condominiums (both existing and new conversions), co-ops, 2-4 unit buildings and single family homes of all shapes and sizes. He is especially creative when qualifying existing home owners who want to write an offer on a new home, but have not yet sold their current residence.
