Mr. Nesselrode has served Vice President, Engineering and Business Development of the Company since November 17, 2003. From February 2002 until November 2003, Mr. Nesselrode was President of Reserve Insights, LLC, a strategy and management consulting company for oil and gas. He was employed with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as Manager Minerals and Special Projects from July 2000 to February 2002. Mr. Nesselrode served in various managerial positions with Union Pacific Resources Company from August 1979 to July 2000. Mr. Nesselrode holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa and completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. |
