In addition to her position as Associate General Counsel for Spacelabs Healthcare, she serves as Associate General Counsel of OSI Systems, Inc, a position she has held since 2004. Karita previously served as Director of Legal Affairs of Datex-Ohmeda Division, Instrumentarium Corporation. After receiving her Master of Laws decree at the University of Helsinki (Finland), she was trainee Judge at the Espoo District Court. |
