Karinne Behr graduated in 1990 from the international School of Business in Marseilles, France. She brings 14 years of strong distribution and production experience to the company. In 1991, she moved to the United States and shortly thereafter started to work for Ulysse Entertainment, a foreign distribution company based in Los Angeles. During her employment, she learned all facets of foreign distribution and motion picture financing and was promoted to Head of Finance of the company overseeing all legal and financial matters of the company.
In 1999, she co- founded Bauer Martinez Studios and its London film production subsidiary Lucky 7 Productions. From 1999 until present Karinne was President of Bauer Martinez Studios responsible for all day to day operations. In 2005, the Holding company Bauer Martinez Studios split its operations into two divisions creating a US Distribution company Bauer Martinez Entertainment, and Bauer Martinez International a Foreign Distribution company. Karinne was then appointed President of Bauer Martinez International. After heading all operations of the holding company and foreign distribution division for the last seven years, she was recently promoted to President of Bauer Martinez Entertainment.
Karinne has also Executive Produced several motion pictures such as The FLOCK, I Could Never be Your Woman, Land of The Blind, IRISH JAM, MODIGLIANI, WAKE OF DEATH, and CITIZEN VERDICT. |
