Karina Dorin is an associate in the Leveraged Finance Group in the Washington, DC office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Ms. Dorin's experience includes representing lenders in a wide variety of credit facilities as well as issuers and lenders in international and domestic securities offerings.
Ms. Dorin is a native Spanish speaker. She received her B.A. in Political Science at the University of Chicago in 1997, and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2001. Ms. Dorin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia. |
