Karen M. Hurley is a scientific advisor in the intellectual property group. She comes to Drinker Biddle from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine, department of clinical studies where she was a post-doctoral fellow.
Karen has held a number of significant academic graduate and research positions including postdoctoral and teaching positions at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and the University of Chicago. Karen also has numerous peer-reviewed publications to her credit. Her scientific specialty is neurobiology.
Karen earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern University in 1983 and a Ph.D. in neurobiology from the University of Chicago in 1993. |
