Karen J. Mask is Senior Vice President of Hill International. Ms. Mask is actively involved in the day-to-day business operations and responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the firm's north-west operations.
Ms. Mask has over 32 years of experience in sales, marketing, budgeting, project planning/management, scheduling, and procedures development and implementation. She has performed management audits for public agencies and participated in restructuring of agency departments to increase productivity. Additionally, she has provided oversight and been the point of contact on multi-million-dollar contracts with numerous agencies throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Ms. Mask has taught project management classes at public institutions and private companies. She has authored various workbooks and manuals related to project management implementation plans, procedures, and techniques.
Ms. Mask earned both her B.A. in Business Education and her M.S. in Forest Resources from the University of Washington.
