Ms. Murphy practices in the firm’s environmental law practice group.
Ms. Murphy represents a diverse client base in regulatory, compliance, litigation, transactional, and redevelopment issues. She has significant experience counseling both small and large businesses on compliance with the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). Ms. Murphy also represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, and in business transactions involving environmental due diligence issues and allocation of environmental responsibilities. In addition, she assists clients in obtaining insurance coverage for environmental liabilities. Ms. Murphy has lectured on environmental compliance and reporting obligations at the Rutgers University's Cook College Environmental Law and Regulation Short Course. |
