Karen B. Johns practices banking and transactional law, commercial real estate law, and corporate law. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Auburn University, where she earned a B.S. in Finance. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law. From 1991 to 1992, Ms. Johns was an editor of the Alabama Law Review, and from 1992 to 1993, she was the Lead Articles Editor. Ms. Johns was admitted to practice in Alabama in 1993. She is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar, and is active in the Birmingham chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.
