Kamran Pourzanjani is the co-founder and former President and CEO of PriceGrabber. Kamran has an extensive background in developing and operating technology companies. Before leaving in 2007, he built PriceGrabber into a leading comparison shopping company. PriceGrabber was acquired by Experian in 2005. Prior to PriceGrabber, Pourzanjani was President and CEO of Syseca Inc., an information technology, software development and system integration provider and a U.S. subsidiary of Thales Group (formerly Thomson), an $8 billion multinational corporation. He joined Syseca in 1992 and was instrumental in developing the near start-up company into a market and technology leader. Pourzanjani has a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado. He was named Ernst & Young's 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year in Los Angeles and was a national finalist in the Services category in November 2006 |
