Dr. Kalyan Ghosh has devoted his career to biopharmaceutical research and development process innovation. His experience ranges from preclinical, to Phase 1 and Phase 2 - 3 clinical studies. Dr. Ghosh is a recognized development process improvement expert, with a special talent for facilitating better coordination between clinical statisticians, physicians and company management. During his Merck tenure, Dr. Ghosh worked closely with the FDA and international regulatory officials. He also participated in PhRMA expert groups to improve drug development guidelines across the industry. As a result, Dr. Ghosh delivers practical solutions that drive clinical process efficiencies, and in turn, increased development success rates. Dr. Ghosh has taught statistics at both the undergraduate and graduate level, and trained peers from pharmaceutical firms, including Merck. He obtained his BS and MS in Statistics from University of Calcutta and a PhD in Mathematical Statistics from Temple University. |
