Jynine A. Strand is a member of the Real Estate practice group in the Waukesha office. Jynine represents clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including construction law, sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing and exchanging residential and commercial projects. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, construction contracts, leases and financial documents. Clients include individuals, construction companies, architectural companies, lenders and corporations. Jynine recently authored a chapter on Mortgages for the 4th Edition of Wisconsin Methods of Practice and has presented seminars on Real Estate topics for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Adult Education Series and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Jynine was a shareholder with Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C. Jynine received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Finance (with Honors) from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and her law degree in 1991from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is active in the Real Estate Section of the Waukesha County Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers, Thomas E. Fairchild Inns of Court, and the American Inns of Court.
