Mr. Dignam was appointed Class I Director of Elcom International on 21st April 2006 at the request of SWIM Entities. Mr. Dignam is a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Big Fish Payroll Services LLC, a provider of payroll and tax depositing and filing services for small and mid-market employers. As a former Sales Executive at Kronos Incorporated, Mr. Dignam led their major markets sales organisation in Southern California. Mr. Dignam has also held a variety of senior level sales positions at Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP), including National Accounts Sales Executive and Global Sales Manager for Fortune 100 and multinational companies. Mr. Dignam is a citizen of the United States.
