Justin O’Brien is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora who represents clients in all areas of the firm’s practice, including civil litigation and criminal defense.
He provides representation for individuals and companies in cases involving fraud, false claims, securities, commercial torts and contract disputes.
Mr. O’Brien served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patti B. Saris on the United States District Court before joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2005. He previously worked as a public affairs consultant and political campaign organizer for U.S. Senators Edward Kennedy and John Kerry.
