Mr. Min worked as the Senior Executive Officer of the Price Checking Department Bureau of Heilongjiang Province from 1987 through the end of 1992. Subsequently, he worked for Harbin Three-Happiness Bioengineering, Co. Ltd. from 1993 until he was appointed as the Vice President and as a director of the Company in May 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in operation management and possesses extensive knowledge of the consumers and pharmaceutical products industry in China.
