Born on December 10 1954. Secondary school. He was admitted in March 1978 into Banco BCN S.A. an institution acquired by Banco Bradesco S.A. in 1997. He held all positions of the hierarchical scale of a bank. In October 1989 he was elected an Executive Officer. From May 1995 to August 2000 he acted as Executive Vice President. In August 2000 he was elected Executive Vice-President of Banco Bradesco S.A. position currently held. He also participates in the Administration of other Companies of Bradesco Organization. He is member of the Managing Body and Managing Officer of Fundação Bradesco and Member of the Board of Directors and Managing Officer of Foundation Institute for Digestive System and Nutrition Diseases (FIMADEN). Besides these activities he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Futures and Commodities Exchange (BM&F) Substitute Member of the Board of Directors of the Interbank Payment Clearing House (CIP) and Sitting Member of the Decision Making Body of the Brazilian Association of Home Loans and Savings Entities (ABECIP). He was Effective Member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Clearing and Depositary Corporation (CBLC). |
