Julie has nearly 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. She has worked in a radiology group practice, been a principal of a software firm, and been exclusively in the physician search business for over 20 years.

A founding member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), she currently serves as President of NAPR Services, Inc. Julie was also a past Ethics Committee Chair of association.

NAPR was founded in 1984. The purpose of the national organization is to allow professional physician recruiters to work together, maintaining standards of excellence within the industry and ensuring the highest degree of quality in recruitment services. Today, NAPR represents over 300 member companies nationwide.

Julie is also a founder of First Choice, Inc., a nationwide consortium of leading physician search companies. First Choice uses iPHYSx, the finest internet-based physician search software available in the industry. With 11 offices nationwide, First Choice represents several hundred physician placements and locum tenens staffing assignments annually
