Julie Shaeff, Chief Accounting Officer, joined the Company as the Assistant Controller in September 1999. She was promoted to her current position in April 2005. From January 1996 through September 1999, she was a Financial Reporting Manager for Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., a then publicly held waste services company. From 1987 to 1996, Ms. Shaeff held various positions with Arthur Andersen LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Texas A&M University. |
