Vice President, is responsible for financial due diligence and compliance. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 2002, Ms. Constas was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the transaction support group in Chicago primarily serving private equity clients, including Willis Stein. Prior to joining the transaction support group in 1999, she also held various positions in the audit department for Ernst & Young, including two years in the London office. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Ms. Constas received an M.B.A. from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and holds a B.A. degree in Accountancy from Michigan State University.
