Ms. Spottiswood helped form Parago in early 1999 as the company's CFO and was promoted to President and CEO in 2007. She is responsible for strategic expansion of the company's promotional services offerings and driving innovation within the rebate processing and promotions industry. Ms. Spottiswood, serving as a Director of Parago, also serves as a board member and Treasurer of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), an association formed to promote the use of prepaid cards as an alternative payment vehicle. Prior to joining Parago, Ms. Spottiswood, served as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning at Excel Communications where she worked directly on the company's IPO and played a key role in the $1.2 billion acquisition of Telco Communications and $7 billion merger with Teleglobe, Inc,. Prior to joining Excel, Ms. Spottiswood served as Controller and Corporate Secretary for publicly traded National Record Mart. Ms. Spottiswood, a Certified Public Accountant began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating from the University of Texas. |
