Juan Pablo Pérez was named Senior Vice President & Treasurer on February 2005. Prior to this appointment Mr. Perez held the position of Vice President in charge of Asset & Liability Management. Prior to joining the Corporation, from August 1999 to September 2001, Mr. Pérez served a Vice President of product development specializing in electronic trading platforms for two companies based in New York: Blackbird North America and Garban Intercapital, the first one a technology startup and the former one is the world’s largest interdealer broker. From August 1998 to August 1999 Mr. Pérez was a consultant for Sungard Trading & Risk Systems where he implemented asset liability management (ALM) systems for both U.S. and Latin-American banks. From March 1997 to August 1998 Mr. Pérez worked as an analyst for Wells Fargo Bank’s Finance Division. Mr. Pérez holds a Bachelor of. Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated in December of 1996. |
