Joyce Tsang is currently a Partner at ProQuest Investments, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm based in Princeton, New Jersey. In addition to Sopherion, she currently serves on the Board of Directors of Artemis Medical and Threshold Pharmaceuticals. Prior to ProQuest, Joyce held positions in management consulting and investment banking. At McKinsey & Co., she worked primarily in the healthcare industry, advising clients both in biotechnology and healthcare services. At Smith Barney (now Salomon Smith Barney), Joyce worked on numerous corporate finance transactions. After Smith Barney and prior to McKinsey, she received a doctorate from The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California and published her research in the area of directed evolution.
