Description of Practice:

Joshua is an associate in our Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's litigation group. He represents corporate clients, banks, mortgage companies, and other financial institutions in both state and federal court. Joshua is also experienced in managed health care defense, including litigation initiated by medical providers and consumers alike.

He has authored/co-authored various articles on managed health care topics, among them:

California Jury Awards $1.1M to Provider Denied Entry to Network of Preferred Providers Expanding Reach of Fair Procedures and Raising Questions Whether California Will Become a De Facto Any Willing Provider State, American Health Lawyers Association, Health Law Digest (Jan. 2006).

Joshua received his J.D. from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School in 2002, where he was the Chief Note & Comment Editor of the Loyola Law Review. While a member of the Law Review, he published Trees that Fall in the Forest: the Precedential Effect of Unpublished Opinions, 34 LOY. L.A. L.R. 1255 (April 2001). He received his B.A., phi beta kappa, from the University of California, Davis with High Honors in 1995.
