Josh is a member of our corporate law section. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate financings and general business matters. He joined the firm in 2007.
Josh attended Wake Forest University for two years before receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Management - Finance, summa cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 2002. Between college and law school, Josh worked for a local corporation, where he worked closely with the corporation's general counsel and top management. Josh received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, he served as President of The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
