Mr. Moser has extensive experience in finance restructuring and operating troubled companies and managing assets in the technology manufacturing and service industries.
Prior to working with NanoSensors Inc. Mr. Moser was the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Chuckwalla Inc. and was responsible for structuring a preferred stock financing and managing all finance and accounting activities.
From 2002 through 2005 Mr. Moser was employed as a Vice President with Sherwood Partners Inc. a business and financial advisory consulting firm that works with commercial lending institutions and venture capital firms to provide crisis management and workout services to underperforming and troubled companies in their portfolios. While at Sherwood he advised over 15 companies through financial restructurings workouts acquisitions recapitalizations and liquidations.
Before joining Sherwood Partners Mr. Moser spent worked on corporate financial transactions at Tufan Inc. with Suhas Patil Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Cirrus Logic Inc. analyzing and managing investments in privately held software semiconductor and technology service companies. During this time he sold two companies structured seven financings renegotiated and restructured several loans and credit facilities and advised several companies on managing hostile creditors and how to avoid bankruptcy.
