Has served as a director since December 2003. Since January 1996, Mr. Yerushalmi has served as a senior Vice President in charge of the projects of Merhav M.N.F Ltd. Mr. Yerushalmi serves as a member of the board of directors of Ampal American Israel Corporation Ltd. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Yerushalmi served as Vice President for projects of Israel Chemicals Ltd. During such time, Mr. Yerushalmi also served as chairman and director for several of Israel Chemicals Ltd.’s subsidiaries. From 1989 until 1992, Mr. Yerushalmi was a visiting Professor at the University of Pittsburgh and a consultant to industry in energy related projects. Mr. Yerushalmi holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the City University of New York. From 1969 to 1977, Mr. Yerushalmi was a member of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the City College of New York rising to the rank of Full Professor in 1976. |
