Joseph J. Villapol is a Partner at Ladas & Parry LLP. Mr. Villapol’s practice focuses on litigation and enforcement matters. He has prosecuted numerous trademark and copyright infringement actions in the federal courts as well as defended clients against claims of infringement. Mr. Villapol also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the United States International Trade Commission.
