Joe DiCianni serves as the Vice President of Information Technologies for Thomas & Betts, a position he has held since joining the company in 1996. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic global information technology programs that support the company’s business goals and improve its competitive positioning leading in key markets.
With over 25 years experience in a variety of industries, Mr. DiCianni has extensive knowledge and skill in information technologies and general management. Prior to joining Thomas & Betts, he served as vice president of MIS and Services for Ideal Industries, where he oversaw both IT and non-IT functions, including the development and management of a retail distribution business to support several major manufacturers. Mr. DiCianni began his career at Boise Cascade Office Products, were he developed and implemented IT strategies focused on improving business processes.
Mr. DiCianni is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds a Masters of Business Management from Aurora University.
