Joseph W. Zalewski joined the board in January of 2007 as a represented for the shareholders of EasyLink's series C preferred shares. Mr. Zalewski is currently a senior analyst with 3V Capital Management, a $500 million hedge fund headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Zalewski worked as an analyst with Libertas Partners, LP, a broker-dealer of distressed and high yield debt in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Zalewski previously worked in asset management as an analyst with UBS O’Conner in New York, and began his career in financial analysis with Lehman Brothers in New York in 2001 as a high yield analyst. Before this, Mr. Zalewski worked in Charlotte and Philadelphia as an investment banking analyst for First Union Securities (now Wachovia). Mr. Zalewski received a BA degree in Economics and Political Science from Duke University. |
