Mr. Joseph Sutschek is Vice President Development. Mr. Sutschek is directly responsible for the coordination of the predevelopment activities and entitlement processes for all new development projects, including leasing, land control, government approvals, construction, due diligence and budget tracking. Mr. Sutschek previously held the positions of Director of Building, Housing and Redevelopment, Director of Community Development and City Administrator with the City of Southfield and has over 34 years of experience in real estate development. Mr. Sutschek holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Michigan State University and a Master in Urban Planning from Wayne State University. Mr. Sutschek is the Vice Chairman of the Novi Chamber of Commerce and holds board positions with the Traffic Improvement Association of Oakland County and the Walsh College President's Advisory Council and is a member of the American Planning Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
