Joseph P. Bergmaier is the Senior Director of Construction for First Industrial Development Services’ Eastern region. With over 30 years of project management experience, Mr. Bergmaier contributes a background in design/build, development and general construction. Prior to joining First Industrial, he was a senior project manager with Robert E. Lamb, Inc., a national design/build firm. His responsibilities included working closely with the owners and the design team to facilitate and complete projects on-schedule and within budget. His projects included various warehouse, manufacturing, laboratory, office, and telecommunications facilities throughout the United States.
Previously, Mr. Bergmaier served as president of Berkeley Construction Company; the chief estimator for Arnko Builders/KODE Development; and as a project manager for two Philadelphia based general contractors. Mr. Bergmaier attended LaSalle University, majoring in business administration, and graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He is currently a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA). |
