Joe Kinsella, a partner in Carmody & Torrance’s Business Services Group, practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and equipment/lease financings, loan workouts and creditors’ rights, and general corporate law. Over the past two years, Joe has devoted a significant portion of his practice to representing a regional utility company in preparing, negotiating and enforcing contracts for construction, construction management, equipment procurement and consulting services for the construction of underground and overhead electric transmission lines in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
