Mr. Giarrusso is a member of the firm's litigation practice, focusing his work on commercial and energy-related issues.His experience covers both business and energy litigation. In business matters, his litigation practice involves business torts, health care litigation, unfair trade pratices, transactional disputes, securities litigation, tax disputes and grand jury investigations. His work in energy litigation includes landowner/mineral lease disputes and royalty and related litigation.He practices before state and federal district and appeals courts in Louisiana, Texas and Alabama. Following law school at Louisiana State University, he served as a law clerk in the Alabama Supreme Court to the Honorable Harold F. See, Jr., from 2001 to 2002. Before joining Liskow & Lewis, Mr. Giarrusso practiced law with Vinson & Elkins in Houston, Texas from 2002 to 2004. |
