Representation of lenders and mortgage bankers in various lawsuits alleging false or deceptive lending practices, including violations of (i) the Real Estate Settlement Practices Act (RESPA), (ii) the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), (iii) the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), (iv) the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and (v) other federal and state regulations governing consumer lending.
Representation concerning the prosecution and/or defense of trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property disputes.
Representation and advice concerning business structure, restructuring, contract and attendant disputes.
