Joseph H. Crabb, Ph.D. (Age: 52, Officer since: March 1996, Director since: March 2001) was appointed to serve as a Director of the Company in March 2001, having previously served in that capacity from March 1999 until February 2000. He has served as a Vice President of the Company since March 1996 and as Chief Scientific Officer since September 1998. Dr. Crabb joined the Company in November 1988 as a Senior Scientist and became Director of Research and Development in October 1991. He is currently a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals. Concurrent with his employment, he has served on five study sections at the National Institutes of Health and held two adjunct faculty positions. Prior to joining the Company in 1988, Dr. Crabb earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Dartmouth Medical School and completed postdoctoral studies in microbial pathogenesis at Harvard Medical School, where he also served on the faculty. |
