Professional Experience
Mr. Abdelkerim is an associate in the firmīs Los Angeles office where he is a member of the firmīs Real Estate Group. His practice primarily focuses on complex real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Abdelkerim represents a wide array of clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real and personal property assets, as well as due diligence investigations related to those transactions. His practice also includes the structuring, formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and limited liability entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Abdelkerim practiced with a firm that served as local counsel to General Motors Corporation and its various subsidiaries, where he represented the companies in connection with the purchase, sale, leasing and development of their California real estate holdings. In addition, Mr. Abdelkerim represented various institutional lenders in connection with the secured and unsecured financing of the real and personal property associated with automobile dealerships located in California.
