Joe is a partner in the Audit and Accounting Services Group and is located in the Syracuse office. He is also a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Services Group. Professional Experience Joe has specialized in accounting and auditing matters for banks for over 22 years. He also has client responsibility in other industry areas, such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution and credit unions. Joe is a member of the BDO Seidman Alliance Financial Institutions Group steering committee. He also provides internal audit services to several banking clients in the areas of outsourcing, supervision, training, departmental structure and Audit Committee activities. Prior to joining the firm in 1987, Joe spent three years with the accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand.
