A member of the firm’s business practice group, Mr. Giglio counsels clients in the area of general business, corporate and commercial litigation, as well as trusts and estates litigation, including will contests.Mr. Giglio has litigated numerous suits concerning a variety of corporate and commercial issues in the Acadiana region, which includes Lafayette, Acadia, Vermilion, Iberia and Jefferson Davis parishes.He is an active member of the Lafayette Parish Bar Association and has served on one of the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board’s Hearing Committees. Mr. Giglio is a former president of the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Foundation, and the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Giglio is also a frequent speaker on legal issues, including lawyer ethics, business organizations and corporate issues. |
