Jose Arechederra is a Senior Vice President of DTZ Rockwood Asociados. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood Asociados, he served as Vice President with the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan Securities, where he was responsible for marketing and executing the group’s deals in Latin America. Mr. Arechederra’s experience while at J.P. Morgan included numerous M&A projects, bank syndications and synthetic leases, including a $350 million R/C for CalWest (CalPERS), a $1.1 billion synthetic lease for Nissan and a $100 million sell-side advisory of a national parking portfolio. Mr. Arechederra holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from Columbia University. |
