Jose Paulo de Freitas has been our Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2003. He is responsible for Human Resources, Quality and Change Managing. He joined Net Servicos as the Regional Officer for the Sao Paulo region in September 2000. Previously, he worked at Vanity Fair as the Chief Operating Officer for the Brazilian branch from 1999 to 2000, where he was responsible for the Structuring, Sourcing and Operations Division (customer service, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, distribution center and human resources). Before this, he held several positions at Grupo Algar, culminating in his serving as Chief Executive Officer. He holds an administration degree from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), Sao Paulo and a degree in Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo.
