José Ignacio de Nicolás Gutiérrez is the Minister of Economic Developent for the State of Sinaloa and founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hipotecaria Credito y Casa S.A. de C.V. a sofol that has become the third largest mortgage bank in Mexico. Mr. de Nicolás also co founded our company and served as our CEO from 1989 to 1997. Mr. de Nicolás is a member of the regional advisory board of financial institutions such as Fianzas Monterrey a contract and fidelity bonds company and NAFIN a Mexican government-owned development bank. He has recently been appointed member of the Board of Directors of Afore Coppel a retirement fund administrator. Mr. de Nicolás received a B.S. in Finance and Administration from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. |
