Jose is an Attorney and Economist from Rosario University in Bogotá, Colombia, with an MA in Economics and an LLM in International Law from American University in Washington, DC.
Jose started his tax career as an assistant to the Director of the Revenue Service in Bogotá, and worked as a Chief Tax Prosecutor for the Bogotá Revenue Service. Before becoming the Tax Director for the Latin American and Caribbean Region at AT&T, Jose worked for several years as an International tax consultant for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and Touche advising U.S. and International telecommunications companies with investments in Latin America. |
